CKC's 2006 New Recruits Croydon's 2006/07 Season New Recruits Joining CKC so far this close season have been several players of good standard and experience: Ingmar Otter our star signing from the upper reaches of the Dutch leagues has joined CKC, as has Oxford veteran Peter Lindsey. From the uni ranks Zoe Shewell, Rhiannon Williams-Clarke and Becky Tobitt have joined us from Canterbury, UEA and Keele Universities. Becky's claim to fame is being mentored by the legendary John "Herbie" Herbert and scoring 11 goals in a match (although it was a 45-2 drubbing of some of her uni team mates)! Continuing the theme, Adam Champion, has also signed up over the Summer before returning to Lancaster Uni. This batch of new players follows a good year last year when Grace Stimpson, Matt Cook, Dave Hall, Gary Heath and Jane Belfourd all joined CKC.
