CKC put the fun into Kenley Fun Day

The Kenley Fun Day seems like a fabulous annual event and it was even better this year as Korfball was there!

Armed with 2 posts which kept changing size due to the different size of people shooting and hoops to stand in visitors to the Funday got a chance to score some goals for stickers, sweets or a prize! What more could they want? - an informative flyer about Korfball which includes CKC details.

Lots of children took shots, some of which made scoring look easy. There were occasional mini competitions between siblings or parents. Cadet leaders were brought over to shoot and hopefully they will add the photos to our facebook page as they succeeded in scoring.

A number of adults had played Korfball in the past and hopefully will think that's a great sport to return too and the kids can play too. So we'll be hoping for some new faces when training resumes on 12th September at Royal Russell school, and if not it was a lovely day in sun for everyone, see you next year!
