Ton's Up For Croydon Girls
This weekend saw landmarks reached by two of Croydons girls. Jane Hudspith's single goal on Sunday saw her reach 100 goals for the club since records began in 2003. In the same game, a triple for Anna Jeanes saw her past her double century to move to 202 career goals. A testament to both players longevity and commitment to the club.
They have a little way to go to catch the currently absent Dan Pratt, who stands atop the club scoring stats at 369 goals. One wonders how many career goals Croydon legend Mr Steve Jones may have scroed prior to records starting. Any gueses ???
